Mark Freidman
Mark Friedman is the owner and founder of Senior Helpers Boston & South shore, a private duty home-care agency serving the Boston metropolitan and South Shore areas of Massachusetts metropolitan area. Friedman served as the National Chair of the Franchisee Owners Council. He has grown this franchise into one of the top-performing Senior Helpers business in the country. He is the author of a national blog on Successful Aging and active in several industry associations. In March 2020 he published “A Guide to Excellent (and Successful) Aging” available on Amazon.
Mark serves as a Board of Advisors member of Sensi.ai – an AI driven virtual care solution and for Active Aging, an emerging healthtech / insuretech service provider using AI to help individuals on Medicare Advantage manage chronic health conditions.
Previously Mark served as VP of Services and Operations for Assured Allies and as a former member of the Board of Advisors.
Friedman served as Vice President of adidas America Retail, a former consulting client, from 2008-2009.
Mark has over 30 years of experience advising public corporations, private companies and not-for-profits on managing change and improving performance. His consulting engagements have spanned retail, financial services (banking and insurance), telecommunications, real estate, entertainment, healthcare, media/content, community service organizations, retail operations and manufacturing industries. This work has ranged issues from products and services in consumer, not for profit, and industrial settings in the U.S. and Europe.
He holds an MSIA (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University (now The Tepper School of Business) with High Distinction and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. He was the founding president of Congregation Shirat Hayam of the North Shore in Swampscott, Massachusetts.
