The Village Center Maps with the proposed new zoning districts for Newton's Village Centers are now available. There will be a virtual information and input session held for Upper Falls + Waban on Tuesday, November 29th, 5:30 - 7pm.

Issue full description
The Planning Department and the hired consultant, Utile presented the Maps for the proposed Village Center Zoning Districts (Version 1) at the Zoning & Planning (ZAP) Committee Meeting, Monday, October 24th. Here is the link for the full slide deck (link).
The Planning Department will host a series of virtual information and input sessions from November 29th - December 14th.

"These virtual info sessions are focused on the proposed districts for the respective village centers, with emphasis on hearing from property owners and businesses located within the proposed rezoning districts."
