A. As per Charter Section 9-7 c. A vacancy shall be filled by the neighborhood area council by appointment. Members so appointed shall serve for the remainder of the unexpired term and until their successors are qualified.

Community Members: Drake McCabe, Bill Bracken, Carol Todreas
City Councilor: Rena Getz
Appointment of new members to fill vacancies:
Sallee made a motion to appoint Drake McCabe, Bill Bracken, Megan Mierav to the area council to fill vacancies. Chris Pitts seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously with votes from the existing WAC councilors.
Chris Pitts noted that appointed councilors must go to the City Hall to be sworn in before the meeting on Thursday.
Adjournment: Sallee made a motion to adjourn. Sumukh seconded.The motion passed unanimously with votes from the existing WAC councilors.
