Bob Jampol

I am a longtime resident of Waban, having moved here in 1980. My wife is Dahlia Rudavsky, Newton South High School graduate (1969).

I taught English at South for thirty-four years before retiring in January 2015. Yet my connection with South continues in that I coach the girls' tennis team, as I have for the past twenty-seven years.

I am also founder and president of the nonprofit "Friends of Newton Tennis." In addition, I have been a columnist for the Newton Tab for many years. You may also notice me playing tennis on Newton's courts as while as bicycling its streets.
